Min and J. C. have been in the real estate business in the Las Vegas/Henderson market for a combined 37 years.
Min Keenan and J. C. Melvin teamed up both professionally and personally in 1997 when they wed and became the Melvin Team.
Min focuses primarily on the residential side of the business while J.C. does commercial and speaks throughout America and abroad.
Both have a number of professional designations and recognizition within the real estate industry.
When looking for a real estate person to work with, most people are looking for honesty and sincerity in an agent. It is these qualities that Min and J. C. bring into the agent-client relationship. In fact, most of their clients have become personal friends and a good amount of their business is by direct referral.
Min is a native of Glasgow, Scotland and moved to America in 1973. Min has been the President of the Woman's Council of REALTORS for both the local, Las Vegas Chapter, as well as the State, Nevada Chapter.
Min served as the National Governor for the state and served on many committees on the national level. She is a professional devoted to both service and customer satisfaction.
J. C. Melvin, while he assists Min with the residential, primarily handles the commercial end of the real estate business. Whether it be an industrial purchase or lease, a retail or office building, or simply the investment in vacant land to hold or for developement, J. C. is focused on the client's wants and needs.
J. C. also travels throughout the United States and abroad conducting programs for both the real estate indusrtry and corporations worldwide.
